Compare the material, finish and format before choosing the quantity for your project. A sample, a single component and a paving pack are different products: select the option that describes what you need.
Ordering a sample
Where a sample option is offered, its listed dimensions, price and availability apply. Many paving samples in this catalogue are described as 100 × 100 × 20 mm, but this is not the size of every material or a promise of a full-size slab. Read the selected option and check any “one per customer” restriction before ordering. The price shown for the selected sample applies.
A small piece helps compare colour and texture in the intended setting. Look at it dry and wet, in daylight and alongside surrounding finishes. It cannot show every vein, print face or shade in a full order. Natural stone varies between pieces and porcelain can vary between batches; ask about the expected range if consistency is important. Products sold by sample must still meet the applicable legal standard.
Samples may be posted separately from pallet orders. Check the shipping estimate for the selected option. Standard stock samples follow our ordinary online cancellation and returns rules; they are not automatically non-returnable merely because they have been dispatched.
Full packs, split packs and individual pieces
Use the quantity options actually offered on the product page. A full pack often has a different unit price from a smaller quantity because packing and pallet transport are spread across more material. Compare the final selected price and coverage together.
- For a single-size product, check whether a part pack is sold independently or only as an addition to a full pack. Confirm any stated minimum before payment.
- Mixed-size patio packs are supplied as a defined combination. Do not assume that one slab format can be removed or substituted without changing the pack or laying pattern.
- Setts, edging, steps, cladding and accessories can use different selling units. An available individual-piece option must be checked on its own terms.
- If the option names, piece count and published coverage do not agree, contact us before ordering. A dimension calculation alone does not establish the sales coverage or quantity you will receive.
Minimum quantities apply only where stated for the selected product before purchase.
Quantity and inspection
Ask your installer to allow for the layout, cuts and spare pieces; do not treat a suggested allowance as permission to supply faulty goods. Order compatible batches together where possible, check delivered labels and inspect the materials before fixing.
